Intelligent Systems Conference (IntelliSys) 2018 will focus on areas of intelligent systems and artificial intelligence (AI) and how it applies to the real world. IntelliSys is one of the best respected Artificial Intelligence (AI) Conference.

IntelliSys provides a leading international forum that brings together researchers and practitioners from diverse fields with the purpose of exploring the fundamental roles, interactions as well as practical impacts of Artificial Intelligence (AI). IntelliSys 2018 will focus in areas of intelligent systems and artificial intelligence and how it applies to the real world. The conference programme will include paper presentations, poster sessions and project demonstrations, along with prominent keynote speakers and industrial workshops. All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field based on the criteria of originality, significance, quality and clarity.

Authors are kindly invited to submit their papers/ posters/ demo proposals as per the call for papers schedule below.

Do not include author details, university or country information in the manuscript. This is a double blind peer review process. Author information should be supplied using the manuscript submission form online or in the cover letter for email submissions.
Please ensure all articles are proofread and checked for accuracy prior to submission. Changes cannot be made during the review process. If accepted, revisions may be made prior to final submission.
Authors should submit their papers in English of up to 10 double column pages.
Figures and tables need to be placed where they are to appear in the text. If preferred, you can also place images and tables at the end of your article. Please do not submit figures or tables as a separate document. Must be clear and easy to view.
Papers must be formatted according to the template
Review Process
The review process will be double-blind. Therefore, please anonymize your submission. This means that all submissions must contain no information identifying the author(s) or their organization(s): Do not put the author(s) names or affiliation(s) at the start of the paper, anonymize citations to and mentions of your own prior work that are directly related to your present work, and do not include funding or other acknowledgments.

Each paper will be reviewed by at least three regular PC members or two senior PC members. The acceptance decisions will take into account paper novelty, technical depth, elegance, practical or theoretic impact, and presentation.

Original: the paper explores a new idea, project or issue; discusses existing research with promise of new insight, discusses new research; or presents new ways of considering existing information
Engaging: presentation format will involve the audience in some way, or has high potential to attract conference attendees by addressing needs of the community
Significant: the paper raises and discusses issues important to improving the effectiveness and/or sustainability of open education efforts, and its contents can be broadly disseminated and understood
Quality: claims are supported by sufficient data; claims draw upon relevant literature; and limitations are described honestly
Clear: the intended outcomes of the paper are easily understood
Relevant: the paper addresses one or more of the tracks of the conference
Best Paper/Poster Awards
SAI Conference Awards is presented to the authors to have written the best paper or poster appearing in the annual conference proceedings. Recipients are presented with a trophy and certificate that describes the award. The awards are announced and bestowed during the conference closing session.

Airport Information

London City Airport (LCY): London City Airport is the closest airport to Central London and the conference venue. You can take the DLR line towards Bank from the London City Airport. This airport has strong emphasis on travel from Europe and New York. Airlines that currently fly from London City Airport include: British Airways, Alitalia, Blue Islands, CityJet, KLM, Lufthansa, Luxair, Sky Work and Swiss International Airlines. (Estimated time between London City Airport and Conference Centre 30 minutes)
London Heathrow Airport (LHR): Heathrow Airport handles more international passengers than any other airport in the world. It serves almost all international airlines. If you are travelling by Tube to the conference venue, you can take the Picadilly line to Earl's Court and change at Earl's Court to District line and then get down at the Tower Hill station which is 1 minute walk from the conference centre. (Estimated travel time between London Heathrow Airport and Conference Centre 60 minutes)
Arriving to the venue by Underground (Tube)

Tower Hill: Tower Hill – 1 min walk (District, Circle and Docklands Light Railway) On leaving Tower Hill tube station by walking straight out of the exit, turn right and walk for 100 meters past the Grange City Hotel and under the overhead train line bridge where you should turn right into Crosswall. The entrance to America Square Conference Centre is 50 meters on your right through the revolving doors.
Parking
There is no parking at the America Square Conference Centre. Information on the nearest public car parks is available at NCP Parking. 4 hour Pay & Display parking spaces are in the area.
Visa Information
It is the travelers responsibility to check and confirm current visa requirements to enter United Kingdom. You may check with the UK Border Agency whether you need a visa and how to obtain one if necessary.

Requests for Visa Support Letters
For security purposes, the conference has policy for issuing official Visa Support Letters as follows:Visa Support Letters will be issued only after you have successfully registered and paid for your conference.
Visa Support Letters can only be issued for the person accepted to attend the conference. Unfortunately we cannot issue Visa Support Letters for guests of participants.
Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format. Please contact the Conference Manager at intellisys@saiconference.com to arrange for a Visa Support Letter. You must include:

Your name as appears on your passport
Your Date of Birth
Your Passport Number
Passport Date of Issue
Passport Date of Expiry
And, if you are an author of an accepted paper or poster, please provide the title.
Note: Obtaining a Visa Support Letter from IntelliSys Conference will not guarantee that your U.K. visa application will be approved. The letter is merely supplementary information that explains a visa applicant's intended purpose of travel to United Kingdom.
