Refund Policy

At ListMyAI, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before buying.

1. Digital Products — General Policy

All products sold by ListMyAI are digital services. Because digital services are delivered and consumed immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a service has been activated or delivered.

2. Directory Listing Packages (Basic, Pro, Featured)

Listing packages are activated within 24–72 hours of purchase. Once your listing is live on the Site:

• No refund is available after the listing has been published
• If we are unable to publish your listing within 5 business days due to an issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund
• If your submitted tool violates our Terms of Service and is removed, no refund will be issued

3. Directory Boost Package ($499)

The Directory Boost is a digital delivery service:

• A full refund is available if you cancel within 2 hours of purchase before we begin processing
• A 50% partial refund is available if the service is in progress but not yet completed
• No refund is available once the submission report has been delivered

4. Pro Membership (Monthly Subscription)

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
• If you were charged in error (e.g. after cancellation), please contact us within 7 days for a full refund

5. Homepage Banner Slots (Monthly Subscription)

• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• No prorated refunds for partial months
• If technical issues on our end prevent your banner from displaying for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will extend your subscription by the equivalent number of days

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@listmyai.com within 7 days of purchase with:

• Your order number or payment reference
• The product purchased
• The reason for your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work to resolve any issue quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
