All products and services are digital in nature. No physical goods are delivered.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount. For subscription products, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
One-time listing packages are activated within 24–72 hours of payment confirmation. Directory boost packages are delivered within 72 hours. Subscription features are activated immediately upon successful payment.
You agree not to submit false, misleading, or harmful content. You may not use the Site to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without refund.
All content on this Site — including text, design, code, and data — is owned by or licensed to ListMyAI. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Site without our written permission. By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your tool's name, logo, and description on our Site.
The Site and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific number of visitors, leads, or business outcomes from any listing or advertising product.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListMyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
